Molde University College offers a 3-4 year full-time program leading to a PhD in logistics.
Candidates are usually funded by PhD scholarships provided by Molde University College, The Research Council of Norway or Employers under the Industrial PhD program.
More than 50 candidates have completed the PhD Logistics program since the start in 2002, and their research projects cover a wide range of topics and methodological approaches. In addition to work on their thesis, candidates must also complete 30 ECTS of courses.
The thesis is either based on publishable academic papers, or written as a monography.
