How to apply
Please contact your Erasmus coordinator to find out if you are eligible for exchange with Molde University College - Specialized University in Logistics. You must apply through your home university. Local procedures and deadlines can vary according to each institution.
How to apply
- Your home institution sends a nomination to us
- Fill in the Application Form - this will be sent to you after the nomination
- In the application form you need to upload the following:
- Transcripts of records
- A copy of your passport
- A copy of your European Health Insurance Card
- A personal declaration decleration. This document should state that you have sufficient funds to support yourself while in Norway. This should be no less then NOK 137 907 per academic year or NOK 68 953 per semester.
- A passport photo
- Learning Agreement (link)
- Please note that there's another application procedure for Erasmus students that come from outside Europe.
Courses in English
Deadlines
- 1 May for the Autumn semester (August - December)
- 1 November for the Spring semester (January - June)
- To ensure that admitted students have enough time to prepare for their exchange, we recommend that the applications are sent 2-4 weeks before these deadlines
Letter of Acceptance
- Once we have received your application and required documents, they will be reviewed
- If all is in order, the Letter of Invitation will be sent to your e-mail address
- Various documents and necessary information will also be forwarded with this e-mail
- Sign and upload the personal statement (link)
Housing
- All International Erasmus students are in principle guaranteed housing
- Go to https://www.simolde.no/en/
- Read more about the different housing options for international students (Student Services Organisation)
- Chose log in and register, then send an application
- Please note that you might receive another housing option then the one you choose
- You have to rent the room for at least a whole semester
- The autumn semester runs from around 10 August until 31 December
- The spring semester from around 1 January until 14 June
