During your stay

Semester registration

• Register your semester address on StudentWeb as soon as you have been granted housing.
• Erasmus + exchange students must pay the semester fee in the usual way. 
• All other exchange students are exempted from paying the semester fee.

Pre-approval of courses

• Erasmus+: If you have changed coursed from on exchange other than originally planned, you must update the Learning Agreement.
• Other exchange students: Apply for pre-approval of courses.
• An application for pre-approval must include:
• Name. Student number. National IDENTITY number. Study. What topics you want to get in. The application must be sent to the international coordinator.

  1. Name.

  2. Student number.

  3. National Identity number or D number. 

  4. Study program.

  5. Which semester you want approved.

  6. Courses you wish to get approved

  7. Description of the courses, including number of credits.

  8. The application should be sent to the international coordinator.

Confirmation of stay

• Erasmus+ students must receive a signed document that confirms their stay before departure.
