My name is Reward Mrindoko Elikaza. I married to Naamin Ngwatu and we have been blessed by God with a daughter. I was born in Mweteni village in Kilimanjaro Region 30 years ago, where I grew up with my parents who are farmers. I finished primary school in 2003, at Ntambwe Primary school, and in 2007 I finished secondary school at Kigango Secondary school. After finishing college in 2011, I was in 2012 employed as a teacher at Singachini Primary School by Moshi District Council.

My name is Charles Festo Kazimoto. I am 30 years old and live at Malangali village at Rukwa region in Tanzania . I have worked as a teacher for seven years at Mbede primary school founded in Katavi region in Mlele district in Mpimbwe council .
My name is Theresia Makiya, I am 30 years old and I have five years’ experience as a teacher for pupils with non-disabilities. I work at Mpola primary school, but the last 1,5 years I have been a student at Patandi Teacher’s College of special needs to acquire the knowledge on how to teach and care for the pupils with disabilities in hearing impairment, by using sign language or body language. This fall I have been a member of NOREC project at Molde University College, to improve the life quality of children and people with disabilities in Tanzania and Norway, by implementing UN rights (CRC and CRPD).
Thursday the Norec-exchange students were at Tøndergård School. They were warmly welcomed by teachers; Kari, Julianne, Unni and Anne Brit who had prepared an 3 hour communication-themed workshop.
I am Effery Anderson Mzumbwe. I am 34 years old and from Sumbawanga in Rukwa Region in Tanzania. I am a teacher at Mkamba primary school, and a student in special education at Patandi Teachers College in Arusha. This Autumn I take part in the Norec project in Molde.
