Abstract:
This talk will present some work done within a state program for assessment of large public investments and how we can benefit from it in terms of teaching and research. Such public investments span from ICT systems, parts of transportation networks and to infrastructure for supporting services in various sectors. I will start with the overarching framework for such assessments, then introduce a couple of investment projects as illustrative cases and end with presenting some derived research.
