SEL2020 Cancelled

Sadly, the conference SEL2020 is cancelled due to the uncertain Covid-19 situation.

The conference will probably be rescheduled next year. Details will be published when decided.

In the time of ever-growing climate concerns, the necessity of changing existing patterns of energy production and use has become apparent even to the skeptics. However, the physical complexity of energy systems and diversity of conflicting interests require innovative approaches to address the challenges. International Conference on Sustainable Energy Logistics organized by Molde University College – Specialized University in Logistics, offers a unique platform for academia and industry to present and discuss the topics of sustainable logistics and value chain management in the energy sector.

We invite high quality presentations (abstracts of 200-300 words) on the following topics:

  • Energy efficiency in logistics and transportation
  • Oil and gas logistics in the era of climate change

  • Management of value chains in electricity markets

  • Socio-economic perspectives on energy value chain management

  • Energy transition and renewable energy systems

  • Sustainable energy logistics in the Arctic

  • Integrated energy networks

The authors of the selected presentations will be invited to submit full papers for the fast-track review in a special issue of an international journal indexed in Scopus, NSD level 1.
